1993 - The company acquired First National Bank of Punxsutawney.
1995 - CNB Financial Corporation acquired Farmers National Bank of Emlenton.
2004 - The company acquired BankFirst, expanding into the Pittsburgh market.
2009 - CNB Financial Corporation acquired the banking operations of National City Bank in Pennsylvania.
2012 - The company acquired the banking operations of First Niagara Bank in Pennsylvania.
2016 - CNB Financial Corporation acquired Lake National Bank in Mentor, Ohio.
2019 - The company acquired the banking operations of Farmers National Bank of Emlenton.
