2004 - The company acquired the waste management operations of Waste Services, Inc.
2007 - Casella Waste Systems, Inc. acquired the recycling operations of The Recycling Foundation.
2011 - The company acquired the waste management operations of North Country Environmental Services.
2013 - Casella Waste Systems, Inc. acquired the waste management operations of KTI Bio-Fuels.
