Segment Performance

The Sealing Technologies segment maintained premium profitability, free cash flow, and solid returns on invested capital despite persistent weakness in areas of semiconductor and commercial vehicle OEM demand. The Advanced Surface Technologies segment continued to invest in areas to support strength in the leading edge and expects lower sales growth in the first half followed by improved performance in the second half. For 2026, EnPro expects total sales growth to be in the range of 8% to 12%, including the contribution of approximately $60,000,000 from the acquisitions of Alpha and Overlook completed in 2025.

The company's guidance implies a strong recovery in EPS, driven by growth in both segments. As Eric A. Vaillancourt noted, "Our growth priorities underpinning the EnPro three point zero strategy remain unchanged and will guide our performance through 2030." Analysts estimate next year's revenue growth at 8.6%, which is within the company's guidance range.
