2012 - The company listed its common stock on the NASDAQ Global Market under the ticker symbol OFED.
2017 - Oconee Federal Financial Corp. acquired the assets and liabilities of the former First National Bank of South Carolina.
2020 - The company expanded its presence in the Atlanta metropolitan area through the acquisition of a branch office in Lawrenceville, Georgia.
