1902 - S&T Bancorp, Inc. was founded as The Indiana County Building and Loan Association.
1934 - The company changed its name to The Indiana County Savings and Loan Association.
1983 - The company converted to a stock savings association and changed its name to Indiana Savings Association.
1991 - The company changed its name to S&T Bank and became a subsidiary of S&T Bancorp, Inc.
1998 - S&T Bancorp, Inc. went public with an initial public offering (IPO).
2003 - S&T Bank expanded into Ohio with the acquisition of First National Bank of Wellsville.
2008 - S&T Bank acquired The Farmers National Bank of Emlenton.
2010 - S&T Bank acquired MainLine Federal Savings Association.
2015 - S&T Bank acquired Gateway Bank of Pennsylvania.
2018 - S&T Bank acquired Union National Bank.
2020 - S&T Bank acquired DNB First, a Pennsylvania-based bank.
