1991 - DeVry Education Group was founded as a result of a merger between DeVry Institutes of Technology and Keller Graduate School of Management.
1996 - DeVry Education Group went public with an initial public offering (IPO).
2004 - DeVry Education Group acquired Ross University, a provider of medical and veterinary education.
2008 - DeVry Education Group acquired Chamberlain College of Nursing.
2012 - DeVry Education Group acquired Carrington Colleges Group.
2017 - DeVry Education Group changed its name to Adtalem Global Education Inc.
2018 - Adtalem Global Education Inc. acquired the Association for Professionals in Infection Control and Epidemiology (APIC).
2020 - Adtalem Global Education Inc. sold DeVry University and Keller Graduate School of Management to Cogswell Education LLC.
