1962 - LCI Industries was founded by David A. Hamill in Elkhart, Indiana.
1972 - The company went public with an initial public offering (IPO).
1984 - LCI Industries acquired its first major supplier, a manufacturer of recreational vehicle (RV) furniture.
1992 - The company expanded into the manufacture of RV chassis and suspension systems.
2001 - LCI Industries acquired the RV window and door business of The Coleman Company.
2008 - The company acquired the RV awning business of Dometic Corporation.
2012 - LCI Industries acquired the RV slide-out and chassis business of HSM.
2017 - The company acquired the RV window and door business of INOVUE.
2020 - LCI Industries acquired the RV furniture business of Smoker Craft, Inc.
